I believe growth is about creating real value for customers through testing and iterating different business models, content, channels, features and funnels, always keeping the end user in mind. However, growth is not enough, sustainable growth is a better framework as it also sets you up for long-term success.

I've had the luck to work in a variety of industries, in both consumer (b2c) and enterprise (b2b) facing companies for more than 20 years on 3 different continents.

My professional experience started in Israel, Tel Aviv, with consumer facing (b2c) affiliate marketing. The affiliate marketing industry provided me with a steep learning curve in digital marketing. After nearly 8 years in Israel I moved back to Stockholm to develop Qwaya (pivoted into Funnel.io), the first Facebook advertising tool focusing on small businesses (b2b).

After 2 years developing facebook’s advertising platform I got the chance to join Zettle (later bought by PayPal) as their head of online sales focusing on acquiring and on-boarding small businesses, primarily through digital sales efforts. At Zettle I also enjoyed the task of building a team with different experts to cover all the typical digital sales channels such as, SEM, SEO, Social and Affiliate marketing. I also managed a BI function to help support the sales channels with data insights and analytics.

In parallel, I co-founded www.ztorage.se (self-storage at your doorstep) which was accepted to the Swedish incubator, Sting, in 2015. We received two seed-rounds and excited the company in 2017.

In my role as CMO at Natural Cycles, the world’s first FDA cleared and EU-certified birth control app, I built an omni-channel team with responsibility of the full customer experience journey, from branding and awareness building activities, at the top of the sales funnel, to CRM campaigns to prevent churn, at the lower end of the funnel. As CMO I also build out a go-to-market strategy and represented all growth initiatives at board meetings with investors.

Currently I lead the nordic expansion at LinkedIn Marketing Solutions. Our goal is to build partnerships with clients in the nordic region to deliver an excellent service and help clients scale their activity on LinkedIn. Our mission is to be the most effective platform for marketers to engage with professionals.
