Funnel vs. Flywheel
The traditional sales funnel is a good framework to explain the customer journey. However, in reality the flywheel is more representative of how we should approach the customer experience, especially in today’s digital world.
Lean & Agile
No waterfall approach please. Start with an MVP (minimum viable product) and test it. Reiterate a new MVP based on learnings from previous tests. A true lean approach will help you avoid spending resources on things your customers might not even want.
