I believe growth is about creating real value for customers through testing and iterating different business models, content, channels, features and funnels, always keeping the end user in mind.

Throughout my professional career I have helped start-ups, such as e.g. Zettle (sold to Paypal for €2,2B in 2018) and Natural Cycles (€40M funding) building teams to enable growth through different marketing activities. I strive to inspire teams through both inside sales efforts, to get resources enabling growth initiatives, as well as setting a company mission with clear goals and KPIs and a “can do it” attitude by being operational and driving sales myself.

During the last 4+ years I have gained experience leading LinkedIn’s Marketing Solutions expansion in the Nordics. Being the first Senior Account Director to work directly with clients based in the Nordics. With a consultative solutions oriented approach, we have managed to gain market share and today LinkedIn Marketing Solution employs a +30 strong team servicing clients in the Nordics. Since 2023 I’m leading the Tech and Telco vertical for LinkedIn Marketing Solutions in the region.

Old Funnel

The old funnel is a good way to explain the framework of marketing and sales. But in reality users don’t start at the top and go in a straight line down the funnel to become customers in the end. Today’s digital reality makes this process more complex. In reality users go up and down the funnel all the time. A more modern framework is needed. Read more.
